Financial Services Industry

    Client A is a multinational insurance company. We were engaged to manage campaigns for creating brand awareness and the solicitation of sign up for pre-determined insurance plans.

    Client B is a multinational financial institution. We executed card and balance transfer outbound campaign to create brand awareness, customer education of our client’s product and the solicitation of sign up for card and balance transfer.

    Client C is a local financial institution. They had deployed a direct mailer campaign and we were engaged to perform follow up on that campaign. We confirmed their customers’ receipt of the direct mailer pack, briefed them on the contents and enticed action from the selected database.

Advertising and Marketing

    We had worked with a Client D, a multinational advertising company, and their client, a world leading tobacco company on 2 projects. The first project was a lifestyle survey. The second was to manage inbound calls for a direct delivery service.

    For Client E, a multinational advertising company, we had worked with several of their clients, We managed a survey campaign for a multinational diary products company to compile feedback on a promotion that was carried out. Next, we performed apology calls to a multinational logistics company’s customers because wrong info was sent out. Lastly, we performed a survey for a multinational brewery where we compiled and analyzed data for their drinkers club.

Consumer Brands

    For Client F, a leading provider of pay satellite TV, we had been their partner in handling inbound calls to capture details and votes for an award show. In addition, we also handled some of their inbound enquiries calls as well as outbound calls to solicit sign ups for subscription. We have also managed inbound calls that captured data for an upcoming concert.

    We handled inbound calls to capture details and enquiries for Client G, a multinational fitness company. In addition, we managed an inbound hotline to assist our client in compiling information of callers, briefed the callers on the promos and advised them on the sign up process.
